Today, Karl and Filip sit down with Derek Glatts to learn about his journey with mental illness. He is in his final year of study at Loma Linda University to become a hospital chaplain. On this episode, Derek shares his story of being diagnosed with depression, then anxiety, and finally obsessive compulsive disorder. He takes us through the thought patterns and habits that have either helped or hindered him, and explains how he’s using his experience with mental illness to pour life into others.
